Marlon also worked at the Miami-Dade County Health Department (MDCHD) where he served as a budget manager and contract manager. His roles included developing models and systems for long- and short-term financial planning for the execution of several health contracts with the State of Florida.
Marlon played major roles in the MDCHD’s planning, preparation and implementation of the operational systems that lead to MDCHD winning the Governor’s Sterling Award which is the highest award afforded to Florida organizations.

Latoya has extensive professional services experience in Fortune 500 global management consulting and technology services companies. She has broad experience in both the public and private sectors that include Lennar Corporation, Assurant Solutions, AutoNation, Vital Pharmaceuticals, and The Miami-Dade County Clerk’s Office.
Latoya has over 20 years of diversified experience specializing in public and private sector Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Management best practices and consulting, project and asset management, application and system design – developing innovative solutions using global, cloud and mobile technologies. Latoya’s background includes extensive engineering and system management experience in application analysis, design, development, implementation, training and support services.
In the past 20 years Latoya has worked hard to add measurable value in various capacities to her clients in several different industries including homebuilding, food and beverage, insurance and warranty, public access, and retail. Latoya has proven success in portfolio, program and project management, strategic planning and problem-solving; always seeking effective solutions to complex problems.
